![]() It was very clear that we shared a bond around people and culture and guest experience. She said that this is what she did for many years when she opened new hotels. She walked away as inspired as any employee that we had in that room. The passion we deliver every day in helping our members live a high performance lifestyle and so she came from down in the audience to just watch and observe, not to participate because she was not hired at the time. On the people side, it was interesting because during the interview process we asked her to join us at an opening of our new club in Vancouver which we opened in November and it has been a huge success.īefore each club opening, we have a pep rally where we bring our team together and inspire them in terms of the Equinox brand. What was so key and integral to her success was her focus on culture and people creating a unique guest experience which is so critical to our success.
